About Our Shower Filter Factory
Jinko is a China shower filter manufacturer based in Shunde, Foshan, Guangdong. We have been making water filtration products since 2010, and today we supply private label brands and wholesalers in the United States, the UAE, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, France and other markets.
Shower filters are our main OEM line. We assemble the filters in our own workshop and source the cartridges to an agreed specification, so your repeat order uses the same cartridge as the sample you approved. We provide CE and RoHS documentation for our shower filters, and every order carries a one-year warranty from the shipping date. If a quality issue comes up, send photos or a video; once it is confirmed, replacements are sent.
Shower Filter OEM Questions

Can I mix models in one order?
Orders are normally placed per model. Mixing can be discussed case by case, but plan your first order around one model.
Which models share a cartridge?
The JK-S4 and JK-S6 use the same cartridge. The JK-S3 has its own.
What connection do the inline filters use?
A standard G1/2" thread. They install in front of the shower head or an overhead shower, and fit the common US 1/2" NPT shower arm without an adapter.
What are the operating limits?
Water temperature 5 to 55°C and water pressure 0.1 to 0.5 MPa.
Is the shower head included?
Not with the inline filters: the box holds the filter body and cartridge. The handheld model is the shower head.
Can you make a customized handheld shower filter?
Yes. Your logo, packaging and manual are standard on our handheld shower filters. Color, finish, cartridge and scent are reviewed per order. See the handheld range and scented cartridge options.
What is inside the cartridges?
The JK-S4 and JK-S6 composite cartridge combines carbon fiber, copper-zinc (KDF-type) media, calcium sulfite and vitamin C. The JK-S3 takes PP cotton with calcium sulfite, a carbon block or carbon fiber. Read what KDF media does.
Are your shower filters NSF certified?
We provide CE and RoHS documentation for our shower filters. We do not list NSF/ANSI 177 certification. If your market or retailer asks for it, read what NSF 177 covers before you plan claims.
Can you supply replacement cartridges for repeat orders?
Yes. Cartridges are replaceable and we recommend changing them every 3 to 6 months, so most brands plan refills from the first order. See how to set up a replacement cartridge program.

Do you make bathtub filters?

How do you check quality?
Every order is checked for leaks, pressure resistance, appearance and packaging before shipment. Our quality inspection guide lists what brands should check on their side.
