A shower filter gift set turns a bathroom accessory into something people buy for someone else. In retail you see it as filtered shower sets in a gift box, hotel-style sets, and bundles of a filter with spare cartridges. For a private label brand, the set is a chance to raise the order value and reach gift buyers who would never search for a filter. At Jinko, gift box packaging is a standard option, and we have produced gift sets for client brands.
What goes into a gift set
Start with the core: the filter and its cartridge. Then decide what makes it a gift rather than a filter in a nicer box. Common additions are:
- A spare cartridge. The cartridge should be changed every 3 to 6 months, so a spare doubles how long the gift lasts before the customer has to reorder.
- A scented cartridge. A vitamin C cartridge in a scent like rose makes the set feel like a beauty product. Our guide to planning a custom scented shower filter covers scents and colors.
- A short card. How to install, when to change the cartridge and which refill to buy.
Be clear about what the set does not include. Jinko’s inline filters (JK-S3, JK-S4 and JK-S6) come without a shower head, so the box should say so. A handheld vitamin C filter includes the head, which suits buyers who want a complete set.

Every extra item needs its own place in the insert, so it stays put in transit and looks right when the box is opened. Check the insert layout on your sample, not only the artwork.
Entry and premium sets
Many brands sell two versions: one that is easy to buy as a small gift, and one that is the hero of the range.
| Entry set | Premium set | |
|---|---|---|
| Filter | An existing model with your logo | The aluminum JK-S6, or a model in a custom color or finish |
| Cartridges | The standard cartridge | A scented vitamin C cartridge plus a spare |
| Box | A printed gift box | A gift box with a fitted insert and more finishing |
| Customization | Logo, packaging and manual, which are standard services | Color, finish and cartridge formula, which are evaluated per order |
The entry set is quicker to launch because it only uses standard services. The premium set takes more planning, because each custom element is checked for the model and quantity you want. Our OEM vs ODM vs private label guide explains how far each level of customization goes.
Color ranges for gifting
Gift buyers often choose by color. Offering the same filter in two or three colors lets one product suit different recipients without changing the cartridge or the box structure. On the JK-S4 and JK-S6, housing color is customizable and evaluated per order.

Keep the color range small for the first order. Every color is another version to approve, print and stock, and it affects how the minimum is spread. Our shower filter MOQ guide covers how the minimum works.
Plan backwards from the gifting date
Gift sets sell around fixed dates: the year-end holidays, Mother’s Day, Ramadan and Eid (see our guide to the shower filter market in the Middle East), or a store opening. Missing the date means holding gift stock for a year, so plan backwards from the day the set must be on sale:
- Decide the set: model, cartridges, colors and box.
- Approve a customized sample, which takes 5 to 7 days to make.
- Mass production takes 20 days after sample approval.
- Add shipping time to your market and time to list or deliver the stock.
Leave room for a second sample round. Box artwork and insert fit are where changes usually happen, and each round adds days. Our guide to private label shower filter lead time covers each stage in detail. Our private label sample approval guide shows what to check so you need fewer rounds.
Gift sets for hotels and corporate gifts
Hotels and companies also buy shower filters as gifts or room amenities, usually in larger, single-design orders. For these buyers, keep one model and one cartridge across the whole order, put the replacement interval on the box, and plan how the recipient will get refills. A gift that cannot be refilled stops being used after a few months.
Settle three things before the box is printed
The minimum. Ask whether the minimum quantity changes when the box holds more than one item, and whether refill packs can be ordered separately for after the season.
The insert. A fitted insert that holds a spare and a scented cartridge may need its own sample. Check it before you approve the artwork.
The date. Count how many sample rounds fit before your gifting date, and agree the last day for changes.
For the box itself, our shower filter packaging guide covers mailer boxes, the shower filter gift box and what to print on it.
If your gifting date is fixed, send it to us first, with the model and what you want in the set. We will work back from it and suggest a sample plan. Use our quote request form; replies usually come within 24 hours. For models that suit a gift set, see our private label vitamin C shower filter page.
