Compare RO System Formats Before You Request a Quote

Jinko supplies current reverse osmosis system formats for OEM and private-label review. Start with the installation, source water, target application, electrical requirement, output requirement, cartridge layout, destination market and documents.

  • Model first: select RK500, BLS202, BLS-RO-06 or another current option before using a specification.
  • Configuration first: confirm membrane, pre-treatment, storage format, pump, controls and replacement plan for the quoted version.
  • Evidence first: request the drawing, specification and applicable test or market documents for that model.

How to Evaluate an RO System

Start With the Exact RO Configuration

Reverse osmosis uses pressure and a membrane stage within a larger treatment train. The finished system may also include pre-treatment, a pump, storage or direct flow, post-treatment, controls and a dispensing route. Those components vary by model.

Do not copy a pore-size, output, contaminant or smart-function claim from one model to another. For the selected system, confirm the membrane specification, rated conditions, recovery or wastewater basis, cartridge sequence, electrical needs and the documents that support public claims.

How an RO Project Is Reviewed

Step 1: Define Source Water and Application

Share the source-water information, installation, target use, required output, destination market and project constraints. Jinko can then identify which current model should be reviewed.

Step 2: Confirm the System Configuration

Confirm the selected model’s treatment stages, membrane, pump, storage or direct-flow format, controls, connections, electrical requirements and cartridge replacement route. Use the current drawing and specification.

Step 3: Approve Samples and Documents

Review the sample, packaging direction, instruction file and applicable test or market documents before approving buyer-facing claims or placing the production order.

Compare Three RO System Formats

Tankless RO System

A tankless format routes water through the system without a conventional storage tank. Confirm the rated output, feed-water conditions, pump, power, wastewater basis, dimensions, cartridge layout and controls for the selected model.

Buyer fit: projects that prioritize under-sink space and a direct-flow format, subject to the model specification.

Tank RO System

A tank format stores treated water for dispensing. Confirm tank size, refill behavior, pressure requirements, installation space, connections, cartridge stages and service plan for the quoted configuration.

Buyer fit: projects that accept a separate storage component and need a documented installation and maintenance route.

Countertop RO System

A countertop format may use a refillable reservoir or another feed arrangement. Confirm water loading, treated-water storage, dispensing functions, electrical needs, dimensions and cleaning instructions for the exact model.

Buyer fit: projects that need a non-permanent countertop format, subject to the current configuration and market documents.

OEM and Private-Label Review Path

Brand and Packaging

Share the target market, sales channel, brand files, packaging direction, language and instruction requirements. Available options are confirmed after the model is selected.

Cartridge Configuration

Confirm the stage sequence, membrane, pre-treatment, post-treatment and replacement format for the quoted model.

Housing and Interface

Review the current housing, finish, dimensions, controls and display options for the selected configuration.

Sample and Document Review

Check the sample, specification, drawing, packaging file and applicable test or market documents before approval.

Electrical and Market Inputs

Send the destination market, required electrical standard, plug direction and labeling needs so the applicable configuration can be confirmed.

Request a Reverse Osmosis System Review

Send the model direction, source-water information, application, required output, quantity, destination market, packaging scope, electrical requirement and required documents. Jinko will confirm which current model and files apply before quoting or using a public performance claim.
